Community, Nature & Regenerative Leadership as Catalysts for Change

Your business is established. From the outside, it looks like you’ve built what you set out to create – impact, recognition, the outward signs of success. But under the surface, something feels off.

You’re at the screen far too much. The pace rarely slows. You might be surrounded by people yet still feel oddly alone in the work. Perhaps you notice yourself distracted, comparing, or questioning whether this is really the way you want to keep living and leading.

Sometimes you sense that if you change one thing, everything will change – and that can feel unsettling. So you push it down, carry on, and hope the feeling passes. But deep down you know it won’t.

What you may be longing for is not another ‘fix’ or strategy, but a different rhythm. More connection, more meaning, more creative fire. The kind of leadership that regenerates rather than drains, and that ripples impact in ways that feel deeply aligned with who you are.

Playing a Different Game

You’re not alone in feeling this tension. I’ve witnessed it in many leaders and founders at the height of their careers: they’ve mastered growth in the conventional sense but feel pulled toward something truer.

The dominant model of business has been built on scarcity, urgency, and competition. It rewards visibility for visibility’s sake, endless productivity, and the belief that faster is always better.

But you already know this isn’t the whole story. You know there’s a way of leading that draws on cycles instead of constant acceleration, collaboration instead of isolation, and creativity instead of depletion.

That quiet ‘something’s off’ isn’t a flaw. It's intelligence.

A signal that it’s time to realign. When you pause to listen, that knowing can become a guide into your next season of leadership.

Community & Nature

My work now is to help purposeful founders and leaders thrive in their work without sacrificing their health, relationships, or deeper vision. Together, we create more impact with less depletion by working seasonally – with capacity, not against it.

A key part of this is gathering in nature. Because when you step outside the structures of screens and boardrooms, you remember who you are. You reconnect with perspective, imagination, and the simple truth that you’re part of something bigger.

And when you gather with others in this way – not to compete, but to be real, to share vision, to build something meaningful together – you access the kind of belonging and clarity that can’t be found in isolation.

The future of leadership isn’t built in hotel conference rooms or on endless Zoom calls. It’s cultivated in community, through cycles, and in relationship with the living world.

Belonging as Catalyst

We live in a time of ‘de-imagination.’ Overwhelm, distraction, and urgency make it hard to envision new ways of leading and creating.

But imagination is fuel for change.

When you allow yourself to slow down, to imagine and connect, you start to taste a future that feels possible – for yourself, your work, and the world you’ll hand to the next generation.

That’s why I created Wild Founders: Regenerative Leadership Gatherings. These seasonal, in-person events offer a different kind of space: one where you can drop the masks, reconnect with nature, and clarify the next chapter of your leadership.

No networking, no performance, no ‘elevator pitches.’ Just courageous, purposeful leaders meeting in community to cultivate clarity, energy, and vision – so their work and their impact can flourish.

Catalysts for Change

I believe change begins in the way we live and lead now. Entrepreneurship and leadership give us the freedom to create models that are generative, not extractive.

And I believe that community, nature, and regenerative leadership together are catalysts for profound change – in ourselves, in our businesses, and in the wider systems we’re here to influence.
