Creative Soul Care
Unleash Your Wild Creativity
A 12-week online programme for leaders, founders and culture changers
Expand your capacity and creative power for aligned impact and growth with your work in the world
You know Nature is essential to your wellbeing.
You feel most alive when the untamed parts of you are leading your life and business – and that creativity matters more than ever as we meet the challenges and opportunities of these sacred times.
You’re here to not just to question how we build.
You want to be one of the people building from foundations that create more aliveness in the clients you work with. With Nature and creativity as integral to your big picture strategy. And you want to start with your own life.
To embody the change you want to lead on.
Except you get caught up in busy and, before you know it, you’ve no time left in your day for Nature. Your creativity gets squeezed by the drive for results – even though you know that’s exhausting leads to burn out.
You want to slow down enough to trust everything is working out exactly as it’s meant to.
To be in that space of deep listening. Where your best ideas surface, solutions come most easily, and you feel guided by something more than your individual self.
You know that leading in this way is integral to your success.
When you allow emergence to be part of the process, your work in the world feels like a sacred dance with Life. One that harnesses your full spectrum gifts to create meaningful impact and growth in deep alignment with your values.
For the flourishing of all species.
CREATIVE SOUL CARE is your initiation into a wilder way of living, loving & leading.

A sanctuary you can return to whenever you want to fill your well of inspiration and get your creative juices flowing again
A non-judgmental space to process feelings and explore your curiosities, desires and longings through joyful creativity
Nature-based rituals that feel like play, and which can expand your intuition, extra-sensory perception and nervous-system capacity
Exploration of doodling, drawing, mark making, writing and more with the invitation to make it messy, fail and create without agenda or expectation.
You’ll leave each gathering feeling inspired – with clear steps to cultivate your wild creativity in collaboration with Nature.
Creative Soul Care is not:
A fixed method or process for hacking creativity or being more productive
A traditional strategy, leadership or business programme – this is about expanding capacity and clarity through cross-creative activities that are also a form of rest
A place to worry about getting it wrong, f*-ing up or being crap at stuff – there are no right answers or ways to be creative in this space.
This is a place to be messy and imperfect. You decide how you take learnings, insights and connections forward.

FRom burnout to blossoming
Rachael Dadd is a singer, songwriter and founder of OAK (Of All Kin) choir.
Rachael was burnt out, overwhelmed and feeling the pressure of productivity.
She wanted to find a rhythm for her business and a fertile ground for her leadership that would allow more space in her life for free flow creativity.
Over the five months we worked together, we restructured her business, mapped out and implemented a seasonal strategy that would allow her to create steady, aligned growth.
We also cleared Rachael’s over-full plate so that she had protected time to create simply for the pleasure and joy of it.
We introduced simple Nature-based practices that connected her directly to Source – ones she could draw on and lean into beyond our time together.
Rachael says:
“My time for creativity and connection was shrinking and I needed more rest but wasn’t sure how to take it. I have now identified the direction and work that excites me, is creatively nourishing, grounds me, and feels deeply purposeful.
“I am more discerning and have cleared a considerable space in my week. My emotions are more steady, and resilience greater. I’m leading in a way that doesn’t deplete, but keeps refuelling me and brings me back to my sovereignty and creative centre.”
